Idea: Borstahusen is a fishing village from the 1770s, located in northwestern Landskrona with a view over to Ven. The fishing village was founded in 1776 by the two brothers Rasmus Andersson Borste and Jöns Andersson Borste, who also gave it its name. The two historic holiday facilities “Borstahusens Camping” and “Borstahusens Semesterby” merged in 2014 and formed what we today call “Mötesplats Borstahusen”. In 2018, we became Skåne’s first and so far only 5-star facility. • “B, s, h” blue = the sea and the lovely bath in the Sound • “o” beige = fine sandy beaches. • “n, g, s” blue = the sea and the lovely bath. • “t” brown = the bathing jetties on the beach. • “a” red = Triangular cabins in Mötesplats Borstahusen. • “e” yellow = summer sun. • “r, n” green = Golf courses and green meadows.
