Idea: Rönneholm = Rönneholm is located between Regementsgatan and Köpenhamnsvägen, west of Mariedalsvägen. It consists of apartment buildings from the first half of the 20th century, mainly apartment buildings. Along the south side of Regementsgatan there are houses from different periods with great architectural value. One block consists of larger plots with recessed Art Nouveau villas built between 1907 and the First World War. The area surrounds Rönneholmsparken, where Rönneholmsgården is located. Rönneholmsgården is a mansion built by Carl Magnus Nordlindh in 1798. The buildings have retained their 18th-century character and the park is an oasis in the area. The mansion is now home to Bladins gymnasium. “R, m” green = fine Rönneholmsparken. “ö, e” red, yellow = “Bostadsrätt” areas Trumman and Pukan. “o, h” blue = Erikslustrundellen and the proximity to the sea and the beach called “Ribban”.
